I. Group Membership: Group members are newly minted small school principals who were comprehensive high school assistant principals until July 1, 2004, when their comprehensive high schools converted to small autonomous schools.

5:00-5:30 pm Meet, greet, eat
5:30-6:15 pm CFG protocol - Identify a dilemna or challenge that is directly related to their work of "leading learning" in new, small schools and use protocol to identify solutions.
6:15-7:00 pm Staff development from an assigned reading: Assignment for November: Chapter 7 of The Productive High School by Murphy, Beck, Crawford, Hodges, and McGaughy
